Realtime Worlds Expands Operations Team

New Colorado appointments will be supporting the upcoming crime MMO All Points Bulletin.

Realtime Worlds, developer behind the upcoming MMO All Points Bulletin and the Xbox 360 title Crackdown, has made two new appointments that will lead the Scottish studio's operations team, which is based in Boulder, Colo.

Will Leverett is now serving as director of customer service, while Patrick Bays is manager of game operations.

Leverett and Bays had previously worked at Origin Systems/EA and NCsoft North America. In addition, Bays worked at Lord of the Rings Online developer Turbine.

Bays said he's responsible for keeping APB up and running once it launches, "As a gamer myself, I don’t find six or eight hours downtime every week acceptable, so our system will allow our players to enjoy our games round the clock.”

A release date for the game is TBA, although the studio has previously said it is aiming for a 2009 launch.
