Realtime Worlds Restructuring

Scottish developer to cut a small number of staff and downscale unnamed project as it focuses resources on APB support.

Realtime Worlds is to restructure its workforce following the launch of APB.

Having worked on the game for five years, the Dundee-based developer is now positioning itself to support the online title post-release.

The firm will cut a small number of staff, according to Develop, and a second unnamed project will be downscaled.

“We now have to focus our efforts and resources on running APB as a 24/7 online live operation, creating new content and services for the future and ensuring the best possible experience for the players,” said Realtime Worlds CEO Gary Dale.
