Skyrim Kinect support launches today

An update today will add Kinect support to the Xbox 360 version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Bethesda has confirmed.

Announced last month, Skyrim's Kinect support allows players to use the peripheral's voice recognition capabilities for Dragon Shouts, but the update isn't solely designed as a source of mild front-room embarrassment: there are over 200 commands, used to navigate the game's menus and map, and give instructions to followers.

It even adds some functionality that will be the envy of pad and PC players, with users able to sort menu items by weight or value, equip hotkeyed items, and use potions and scrolls without seeing a single menu screen. For the full list of commands, follow the source link below.
