If that did happen I am sorry to hear about that besides the 360 taking care of you that sounds like a nice story.

I have both 360 and ps3 as said before and they both have taken care of me. 360 is like a high class prostitute because the more 'things' you want the more you gotta pay, where as ps3 is a nice wife but sometimes forgets to clean the dishes. I guess I sound a bit misogynistic but I am not I have 5 sisters and all is well there so dont worry.

OK being serious ps3 has blu ray player and yes that does count cos its frickin awesome and yes you can download from netflix but I like to keep a collection but its cool to download if you want. Music I do not care about for either consoles cos it takes away from the sound quality from the game. And rumble who cares ps3 has sixaxis lol sorry overall I dont care bout rumble it doesnt affect me or is noticed. And online xbox live is awesome fair play and sony can catch up there. And yes kaz talks rubbish but I dont care about kaz cos he himself is not the ps3 he just wants to make money and keep his pride. ps3 could get same numbers of psn accounts as xbox live as its free and not every has the hard drive on xbox. ps3 wont catch up in US but it will lead in europe very soon and already leads in japan.

Sony is well-known as a company that LIES.

Example:

In 2006, Sony claimed their goal was to sell 6 million PS3 systems by spring of 2007. When spring of 2007 arrived, Sony realized that only 1.4 million consumers had purchased the PS3 system. In fact, Sony had only "produced" 5.5 million PS3 systems. When Sony's executives would talk with the media, they would say things like "We are only behind our goal by 500,000 units." This was strange, because not even close to 5.5 million PS3 units had been "shipped" to retailers/wholesalers, since PILES of UNSOLD Playstation 3 systems were collecting dust in stores.

The lesson is, do NOT believe what Sony is telling you, since they are known for telling lies. For crying out loud, they recently tried to say the PSN had more users than Xbox Live. LOL...Every website on the Internet made fun of Sony's Kaz Hirai for making that announcment! He is now often referred to as "Krazy Kaz" from Fony Computer Entertainment.

PS3 is obviously a very disappointing game system.

Xbox 360 is far superior to the Playstation 3 in every genre of gaming. And "multi-platform" games are almost always either "noticably" or "significantly" better on the Xbox 360 in terms of graphics and features.

Games are still released "last" on the PS3, and at higher prices.

For example:

The new Command & Conquer Red Alert has been available for the Xbox 360 for quite a while. It has become a best-seller Platinum Hit and now sells for only $29. But when the PS3 version is "eventually" released later this year, it will sell for TWICE as much ($59). We saw this same thing happen with games like Lost Planet, Orange Box, and Rainbow Six: Vegas. The Xbox 360 versions were selling for half the price, yet had better graphics and superior online play with many more people to play with.

The "little things" that Xbox 360 owners take for granted are missed very much by the Playstaton 3. Examples include:

* Rumble - Even new games like Soul Calibur 4 still do NOT offer support for the PS3 Dual-Shock controller that can be purchased seperately for $60 (since the PS3 does NOT come with a controller that rumbles). But even if you spend the $60, you will find out about all the games that don't work with the $60 rumble controller. This is very disappointing to lack potential like that, simply because developers don't bother to program the feature into the game due to Sony's dumb decision not to pack a rumble controller in with the system.

* Online Chat While Playing - Sony didn't include a headset with the PS3 the way that Microsoft did with the Xbox 360. This is the reason why every version of an Xbox 360 game allows you to chat online while playing, but many PS3 games do NOT allow you to chat online while playing. Having communication online while playing adds a lot to a Game of the Year like Halo 3 that offers 4-player Co-Op online where everyone can talk to each other while playing.

* Customized Music - Standard feature on Xbox 360, but not on Playstation 3. Xbox 360 lets you use any songs you have saved on your hard drive or USB card so you can play them at any time. It's cool because the music works "with" the game instead of cancelling out all the sound effects from the game.

* Playstation 3 is still struggling in several genres of gaming. PS3 was on the market for THREE holiday shopping seasons before it saw a game in the RTS genre released. Xbox 360 completely dominates every genre of gaming this generation.

Sony has many, many problems as regards ps3. The casual market all want a wii and the gamer market will gravitate to the 360's superior games library and better online features. The ps3 is too expensive and the games library weak. Sony just need to pray that dev's don't start walking away from the platform.
