Sony has announced a change to its usage policy, which will reduce the number of systems on which a downloaded game can be played.
All PSN games purchased after November 18 will only be playable on a maximum of two systems. The rule applies to PS3 and PSP games alike, but does not apply to games bought before the new rule comes into effect.

5Wow, that's unlike Sony to remove stuff.
I'm amazed it lasted this long.
Two is way too strict. I'm already on my third PS3. I'm unlikely to have to get another before PS4 is out, but if this policy continues, I will not be buying anything from PSN for fears of faulty hardware making all my downloadable games useless.
The full announcement states that they're allowing you to deactivate Playstation devices from your PSN account via a PC (on some kind of PSN management website - which definitely won't get hacked!) , so if you really are unlucky enough to break some more PS3's, you should just be able to de-link them from your account, and add a new one.
Fair enough then!
