Spanish police "arrest PSN hackers"

The New York times reports that Spanish police have arrested three suspected members of the 'hacktivist' group Anonymous - one each from Gijon, Barcelona and Valencia - in connection with attacks on PlayStation Network as well as various corporate and government websites around the world.

The Washington Post has clarified that these three DID NOT have anything to do with the stolen credit cards:

"The server had also been used to hack into an online Playstation store, but Vazquez said the three detainees had not been involved in an April cyber intrusion which affected millions of PlayStation Network users."
