TGS Attendance Up Again

Japan's Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association, organizer of Tokyo Game Show, says this year's event has broken all previous attendance records.

Almost 195,000 visitors came to the show, held last week, up 1,000 from last year's record-breaker. The business and press days were slightly down on last year, attracting around 25,000 per day, against last year's 30,000. But the consumer days brought in over 70,000 each, up from the 65,000 last year. TGS has grown every year since it became an annual event in 2002.
