THQ Appoints EVP Of Business And Legal Affairs

THQ has appointed Edward Kaufman as executive vice president of business and legal affairs, and corporate secretary.

Kaufman has worked in senior legal management roles for over 15 years. Most recently he served as EVP of general counsel and secretary of World Wrestling Entertainment. Prior to that he was director of business and legal affairs at Hanna-Barbera.

“I am impressed with THQ’s strong turnaround and am excited to join the team as the company moves forward with its new more focused strategic plan,” said Kaufman. “I look forward to helping THQ capitalise on the opportunities for growth in the interactive entertainment industry.”
