Organizer CESA has detailed the 2010 Tokyo Game Show, which will take place from September 16-19 at the Makuhari Messe convention centre in Chiba, Japan.
The theme for this year's show won't be announced unti May, but it will span two press and business days followed by two public days, with CESA targeting 180 exhibitors and 180,000 visitors, reports Andriasang.
CESA said that TGS 2010 will host the Asia Games Business Summit as it looks to expand the international presence at the event.
This year’s show will feature a reworked Kids Corner area, offering a greater variety of products than at previous events, and a new Audio Visual & Gadget Corner showing off the latest technology, from high-spec PCs to 3D TVs.
Game publishers will also be able to sell software and hardware in the exhibit area for the first time this year, with products required to be priced at the MSRP.
