Ubisoft has announced a host of new partnerships for its Uplay service, bringing games from the likes of EA and Warner to its storefront. EA’s own Origin network will now also sell Ubisoft games for download as a result of the deal.
It is also offering a free copy of Driver San Francisco Deluxe Edition, From Dust, Might & Magic Heroes VI Deluxe Edition, Rayman Origins, The Settlers 7 Gold Edition or World in Conflict: Complete Edition with any purchase of a title worth £16.99 or more through uPlay, for a lmited time. The deal runs from today until March 4th.
Other newly-signed Uplay publishers include Bohemia Interactive, Nordic Games, Paradox Interactive, Recoil Games, Robot Entertainment and Telltale Games.
“We’re thrilled to be bringing EA titles to Uplay and Ubisoft titles to Origin,” said vice president of production for Origin at EA Michael Blank. “Offering games like Dead Space 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted and more on Uplay is a great opportunity to reach even more PC gamers worldwide.”
