Warner Bros. president Kevin Tsujihara has left the board of Tomb Raider owner SCi, effective immediately.

Tsujihara, who officially resigned Thursday, was a non-executive director for the company. He joined in June this year.

His resignation comes about a week after that of another board member, Aaron Brown, who joined SCi around the same time as Tsujihara.

SCi also stated that Time Warner Entertainment had increased its shareholding in the company by 5 million shares, for a total of 42.5 million, or 16 percent of SCi's total share capital.
