Nintendo’s Wii Fit took the No1 spot in the Australian All Formats software chart during the week ended August 17.

The exercise title was followed by the DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, with the Wii edition of the sporting title charting at No7. Continuing the Olympic theme, Beijing 2008 charted in ninth and tenth for PS3 and 360 respectively.

Wii Play took the bronze medal, followed by Mario Kart Wii, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, all for Nintendo’s home console, while Brain Training for DS was at No8.
