With regards to Sales Analysis: February I would conjecture that a large part of the 360 vs. PS3 sales ratios on a per game basis is due to the controllers. The 360 controller is superior for FPS games as compared to the PS3 by most accounts. The 360 controller is absolutely horrible for fighting games though. I own the 360 version of SF4 and am incredibly disappointed at the poor functionality of the 360's D-pad.

You seem to be a pretty influencial figure on the site and so I just wanted to know if you had any tips on how to get blog posts noticed as Im going to be posting regularly. So far I've only written two and I would really appreciate it if you would read them and let me know what you think of them. Thanks.

Kris,

Sorry to disturb you with something like this, but it might be interesting for you.
The situation is this: Sony speaks a lot about their numbers on PSN and the PS Store, but I think they just don't care anymore. You know, in Hungary they don't run a PS Store (that is you can't use the EU store either), and they don't allow Hungarian users to buy stuff from their other stores as well. They put a little sticker somewhere on the box on the console thay says that "the service won't work with your system", which is absurd when you consider tha fact that you buy the same PAL games that advertise themselves as PSN and PS Store compatible. Up to this point, we used the Hong-Kong store (hell, even got my LBP copy from yesasia), but now they don't allow that anymore (the last thing I bought from there was the MGS pack in December). The symptoms are the usual: you give your credit card's details and a fake address (it worked before), the system compares the card's origin with the address, and you're screwed. You can't buy anything from the EU, from the US, Japan or HK stores. Plus we don't have PS Store cards in Hungary -- actually we have some US cards in some shady shops but they're way too overpriced. Last year we made an online petition with 1000+ signups (addresses, usernames and everything), and it was sent to the London offices last February. Needless to say, there's no word from them ever since. I don't know if it's Sony Hungary's fault or it's some indifferent regional policy, but Hungary is part of the EU, and they shouldn't treat a whole country like this.
Frankly, I don't understand it. Either they don't want our money (plain stupid), or just screwed up something in their regional services. Don't know how to ask something like this, but could you or anyone at Edge look into the details, or ask some competent authorities about it?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the bitter tone.

Kris,
I've been waiting for you (or any of the EDGE staff) to put up a review of the NXE as the embargo ended today. Is that review coming any time soon? I just read that Netflix HD streaming will debut on the NXE so I'm definitely getting netflix now. I just wanted to hear your thoughts on it.
