I've never really rated Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed was one of the most boring games I've ever played, and Far Cry 2 was poor. They're now milking Splinter Cell... Can't say they've ever knocked out a classic.
The Wii has something like 100 games, most of them are rubbish or average. I think Nintendo hasn't really supported it which is a trend as they did the same with the N64 and GameCube. Gamers want new games, not so much sequels or remakes. But what does surprise me is that there's no Wave Race or Pilotwings to name a few. The only game I rate on the Wii is Mario Kart and even that wasn't as good as the GameCube version.
The Getaway was OK, but the second one was terrible. Oddly, it looked far worse than the first one when usually with sequels, you see an improvement with the graphics. But I found the control and the pace of the first one to be quite poor.
I got this game a few days ago, and I can assure anyone who hasn't played this yet, that this is rubbish. The first version was excellent, it felt like a Colin McRae game, now it's all American and has been ripped to shreds. The car handling is terrible and the car models are dodgy to name a few things. The X-Games side of it was OK, but that's about it. I'm dreading the third version....
