I downloaded this after the review on Co-Op lastnight. Definitely happy with it. I'm glad they didn't make us shoot, that would have sucked on the iphone. Just steering the ship is fine, there isn't any skill in tapping a button a million times anyway.

It's not too surprising really, the PS3 has had a couple of big 1st party releases (KZ2 and MLB2) Wii has had a solid performance on its first party titles and you can't mess with Halo.

What was a shock was how well UFC went, I'm happy as Larry there's a new boy on the block and good work THQ for taking a punt with this one.

Capcom have had a good showing this year, the gains of these two games should out way the losses on Bionic Commando. The failing of BC is as astounding as UFC's success.

This should set us up for a standard Fall, Autumn, Spring (where ever you are) this year, with COD:MW2 dominating.... ludicrously so.

Yep, that's the kicker. It doesn't matter if these are "ground breaking" or "paradigm shifting" if the games are rudimentary or just plane crap, then no one will shell out the 100 bucks.

I'm happy I now have a reason to own my PSeye.

Personally I don't use it unless I hear of something cool in it (which isn't too often). but I guess those who like it like it, good on 'em. If Sony can spin some money out of this and start putting some of it towards more games good, even better.
