    And Super Monkey Ball.

It's obvious today's Nintendo isn't the same one we grew up with. They need to totally break off and focus on finding new gamers with these new pseudo-fitness games and not even try to pander to "Hardcore" gamers. What we end up with is, The Conduit. On any other platform it would get laughed off the stage.

I believe this was Nintendo's strategy from the start. They've had to update all the classic franchises because we demand it, but I don't think this would have been their first choice. Even knowing that they love selling us the same games over and over.

I think they shouldn't even show at next years E3. Instead bring back Spaceworld or call it something else.

Heavy Rain is by far the only interesting prospect for me this year. My gaming tastes have changed. I'm bored by the spectacle of say God of War and Uncharted. I feel as though i've been playing these same games for the past 5 years.

Heavy Rain however is looking to push narrative forward in games through gameplay. While being broken down into easy to manage gameplay "episodes" which match my lifestyle. It's also nice that it looks amazing.

There's an interview with David Cage at D-Pad which I highly recommend reading. http://bit.ly/MZUJ6

The game is the most polished so far on iPhone. Edge is right that comparisons to Locoroco don't do it any favours. It stands up on its own. There were a few issues that I had with it however. Instant death is never fun in any capacity. To have to retry whole sections of a puzzle because the stupid blue spiky dude jumped straight into an enemy, just as your thumb brushed across the screen is very frustrating. Some sort of allowance should have been made for the mushy controls.

I remember that game. It was ok. You were Bo Peep or something and had to herd the sheep back to the pen. Repetitive sound effects ahoy!
