Kotick's an ass and I'm certainly no fan of Activision but the fact is Infinity Ward chose to sold themselves to Activision back in 2003, they chose to give up their independence and now they gotta live with their decision, you can't just decide to call the deal off depending on the circumstances

hey we'll take them cause these Wii "washouts" are companies like Capcom, Ubisoft & Sega, they're the one who have voiced disappointment over 3rd party Wii software sales, all Nintendo's gonna be left with are the shovelware developers since their games don't need to sell much to become profitable
