Our health care is #1, no one goes without medical attention in America. There are something like 40 million without insurance and if you subtract the ones that refuse to buy insurance and the illegals it's under 10M (out of 350M that's not a crisis)... the rest need help but why should we tax payers pay for people who could pay and don't. You want the Gov to run healthcare? REALLY? Name on thing the Gov does / runs well? Answer = 0.
