Maybe it's 5 hours of excellence. I'd rather have five hours of brilliance than fifteen hours of cack. That said, maybe it's five hours of drivel. I guess we'll know in a months time. Til then, who cares?
I don't think Bungie have ever been ones to sit with their fingers up their bums, from Pathways, to Marathon, Myth & Halo - they don't seem to have had any more a laid back approach than any other developer

I wonder why they have removed the ability to install another OS? I guess not many people use it, but then what is to gain from removing it?

spot on thevulture. I only have a PS3 at the moment, but I will be getting an XBox360 and a Wii, because I love games. I want to play Mario Galaxy, Halo3, Left for Dead 1&2, Gears, Lost Winds, Drakes Fortune 2 etc. All the platforms have got stonking games - they all have some crap too. This 'mine is bigger that yours' has been going on since I was at School, just over C64/Spectrum/BBC.
Every time I play a decent game on the PS3 or on a friends Wii/360 I can't help but grin. I just don't understand how people get so hung up on platforms - haven't they seen what they can do with games these days? Bloody brilliant!

Maybe, but they haven't really started to re-release the PS1 classics in europe yet, let alone PS2 ones. We're still waiting for MGS, Resi, Silent Hill etc. We've had FFVII but that's about it. Very very shabby.
