Depends what you call innovation. Innovation in the controls, yes. Innovation in more powerful hardware, no. Innovation in making games more involving and immersive, debatable. I think not. Innovation in moving the medium forward, absolutely not.
As for Wii Fit, it's pretty irrelevant to me as a gamer, but my wife uses it to get some flab off her fat arse so it's no total loss.
Talking about peripherals, the vitality sensor once again is going to be pretty irrelevant to me as a gamer.
I deleted your comment with the picture of the bollocks that you posted on the Halo 3 review page. We have no problem with you expressing your opinion about the content on the site, but the picture wasn't to our taste. Could you please refrain from making these types of posts in the future.

my nomination for most boring high profile game of the year has to be Uncharted 2.
You should find a new hobby, seriously.

I hate the Wii and everything it stands for i.e. shovelware, gimmicks, family gaming, low on quality games, etc.
Maybe if Nintendo started to put out decent games this gen (and new IP) then maybe, just maybe, i'd buy a Wii.
Until then, there is nothing but mostly shovelware on that system.
^^Oh shit, Nintendo fanboy alert.
