this can easily expected. this in not the start of a major downturn. obviously nintendo profit has lowered because they have not had a major game release so far this year (as far as i can remember, and the late 2008 games wii music, animal crossing were not massively successful, if you look to the second half ot he year you begin to see this is where all of the new gamesfor 2009 are releasing alot of which i thing will be hugely successful fo rexample : wii fit +, NSMBWii, Prof. layton, Wii sports resort. and yet there are more amasing games to comein 2010, mariogalaxy 2, zelda, metroid. cant wait!
he dosent realise what makes a good handheld. the psp has failed because when buying a handheld you dont look for power or graphics you look for good software. the umd disk is ridiculous, with a handheld you want to turn it on and play straight away for a few minuites and then turn off so a handheld with load times will not sell well. Also, why is he saying the DS dosent get third party support? explain why the PSP got absolutely 0 games last year.
If games and movies don't develop some mutual respect, all we can expect are films that are really bad action games and games that are really bad films, says Steven Poole.
